Browse our range and place your order any time Monday to Saturday noon. Choose your loaf and leave the rest to us.
2. Bake
Sunday morning we bake your loaf fresh by hand in our Randwick kitchen. Nothing is made in advance. Nothing is frozen.
3. Deliver
Your bread goes straight from our oven to your door, same day. Still warm, still perfect.
4 — Subscribe
Set up a recurring delivery and never think about it again. Choose your loaf and how often you want it — weekly, fortnightly, whatever suits you — and we'll take care of the rest.
Most bread on supermarket shelves is made fast, cheap, and far from the land it came from. It's produced with industrial wheat stripped of nutrients, loaded with preservatives, and baked in factories that have no connection to the soil or the season. At Flour Boy, we believe bread should do better. We source our ingredients from Australian farms that are working to restore the health of the land — building soil carbon, reducing synthetic inputs, and farming in ways that work with nature rather than against it. Regenerative agriculture isn't just a trend; it's a return to how food should be grown.

We don't make bread in advance, freeze it, or add preservatives. Every loaf is mixed, proofed, shaped and baked fresh for your order. That's it.
