Ordering
When do I need to order by?
Orders close Saturday at noon. Anything placed after noon Saturday will be baked and delivered the following Sunday.
Can I order multiple loaves?
Yes, add as many as you like to your cart. We bake to order, so we'll make sure yours is ready.
Can I order the same loaf every week?
We're working on a subscription option. In the meantime, just place your order each week by Saturday noon.
Delivery
When do you deliver?
Every Sunday. Your loaf is baked fresh that morning and delivered to your door the same day.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the Randwick area and surrounding suburbs. If you're unsure whether we cover your street, just get in touch via the Contact page.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is always free within our local area.
What time will my bread arrive?
We typically deliver between 10am and 2pm. You'll get a message when we're on our way.
The Bread
What's in your bread?
We use a short, honest list of ingredients: Australian flour, water, salt, and a touch of sugar. Our enriched white loaf also uses grass-fed butter. No preservatives, no additives, no nonsense.
How long does the bread stay fresh?
Our bread is best eaten within 2–3 days of delivery. Store in a paper bag or bread box at room temperature. For longer storage, slice and freeze on the day it arrives. It toasts beautifully straight from the freezer.
Is your bread suitable for people with gluten intolerance?
Our bread contains wheat and gluten and is made in a kitchen that handles flour. It is not suitable for people with coeliac disease or serious gluten intolerance.
