Welcome to Flour Boy. By placing an order through our website (flourboy.com.au), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Flour Boy is a small-batch artisan bakery based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. We bake fresh sourdough and other breads to order for home delivery.

2. Orders

Orders must be placed by noon on the day before your chosen delivery day (Monday to Saturday). We do not accept same-day orders. By placing an order, you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate and complete.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. Delivery

We deliver to selected Sydney suburbs. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

5. Changes and Cancellations

You may request to change or cancel your order before the noon cutoff on the day prior to delivery by contacting us at hello@flourboy.com.au. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations after this time, as baking will have commenced.

6. Refunds

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours at hello@flourboy.com.au with a description and photo. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

7. Allergens

Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds. While we take care with allergen management, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from traces of any allergen. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering.

8. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Slight variations in appearance, weight, or flavour may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our baking.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on flourboy.com.au, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Flour Boy. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of our products or website is limited to the value of your order. We exclude all implied warranties except those that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
