Our Policy

Because our bread is a fresh, perishable food product, we're unable to accept returns. Once your loaf has been delivered, we can't take it back.

That said, we care deeply about the quality of what we make and the experience of every customer. If something isn't right, we want to know about it.

If Something Goes Wrong

If your loaf arrives damaged, was left somewhere unsafe, or there's anything about the quality that doesn't meet expectations, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery via our Contact page.

Tell us what happened and we'll make it right. Whether that's a replacement loaf in your next delivery or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

Missed Deliveries

If we couldn't reach you and there was no safe place to leave your bread, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Refunds

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and will be processed back to your original payment method. We'll always communicate with you openly about what's happened and what we can offer.
